Jill Williams | Pontardawe
A first class (Hons) graduate of the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama – Jill launched Class Act Theatre School in 1999 producing numerous shows and has become a recognised Theatre Director and supporter of Drama with Young People.
With an MA in Reflective Theatre, Jill continues to push boundaries within the Performing Arts and in life coaching. Recently, Jill has become a Trustee of Pontardawe Arts Centre – the home of Class Act Theatre School, Pontardawe. Jill is passionate about life, achieving ambitions and for the Arts being accessible to all.
Jill is delighted with her new role as Resident Director on Disney’s The Lion King UK and Dublin Tour from July 2019. Her daughter Amber will be taking over as Principal at Pontardawe from September 2019. Amber was a member of CATS from its inception and then trained at Mountview Theatre Arts in London. Amber is excited to lead Pontardawe CATS and direct their 2020 show!
